Cancellation Policy:

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We charge 50% for missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

We accept cash, credit or debit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express or cheques.

Medical History:

​

Medical forms are emailed prior to your first appointment. Please ensure these are completed in advance. If you have any problems completing these digitally please contact us and we can make alternative arrangements for you.

Children/Minors:

​

We are unable to treat anyone under the age of 16 for laser treatment. We do see minors aged between 16 and 18 with parents consent and presence.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the clinic for insurance purposes. Please do not bring them with you for your appointment as we will be unable to treat you.
